Naturopathic Medicine In Guelph

Clarity builds confidence.  In health, and in care.

Welcome
To Kura

A space for thoughtful, evidence-informed care designed to help you understand your health and feel supported at every stage of life.

Kura was founded on a simple but powerful idea: healing begins with listening.

After more than two decades in practice, Dr. Alexandra Verge envisioned a clinic where both patients and practitioners could slow down, connect the dots, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

Here, care isn’t rushed. We take the time to understand your story, your labs, and your goals before building a plan that reflects you as a whole person.

Today, Kura is home to a small, collaborative team of naturopathic doctors and dedicated support staff who care for individuals and families across all ages and stages from new babies to adults navigating midlife and beyond.

Whether you’re seeking clarity about symptoms, prevention-focused guidance, or support for complex health concerns, we’re here to help you move from uncertainty to confidence in your care.

1. Connect

Choose a time that works for you. Your first visit is all about understanding what’s been going on and what matters most to you.

2. Discover

We listen first, test wisely, and connect the dots — so your care reflects your story, not just your symptoms.

3. Plan

You’ll leave with a clear, practical, evidence-informed plan designed to support real change and fit your life.

4. Thrive

With small steps and ongoing support, you’ll see progress, build confidence, and feel better — for the long term.
